Modification as per Olympic model
Day 1:
“Classic” 1st heat with interval start the first day on standard trail distances 7,5 km.
Day 2:
Modified 2nd heat with
pursuit start day two, start intervals in function of the day 1 result
times. Trail distance7,5 km. The first to cross the finish line will be awarded the title of
European Champion in the class.
Day 3:
Arena race with mass start on a short track with lap distance 2,5 km (3 laps). The first to
cross the finish line will be awarded the title of European Champion in the class.
Day three is a separate event.
