Jen pro dovysvětlení pár faktů co není na videu možné vidět, ať je pohled oboustranný.. Luke Sampson neumožnil Buddymu Streeperovi čisté předjetí a v momentě, kdy Luke začal uskakovat na stranu, kopl Buddymu do leadrů.. Přikládám novinový článek, kde je oficiální vyjádření Buddyho k celému incidentu: http://www.adn.com/2011/02/27/1725752/defending-rondy-champ-out-after.html
Luke se k situaci nevyjádřil, ani nepodal proti Buddyho chování protest. K diskvalifikaci došlo hlavně z důvodu velkého zájmu veřejnosti..

??? na videu to není, ale pokud by Luke kopl Budymu do psů (záměrně) tak by měl být taky disknutý.. kopat do psů se nesmí.
Já vyčetla že Luke zavazel leadrům (interfere) - jak utíkal vedle saní.

"He did not hear me and as my leaders reached him and attempted to pass he jumped off his sled and started running along side, interfering with my leaders," Streeper said."

Osobně si myslím, že Luke udělal dvě chyby - první že se od začátku nedržel vpravo saněni, když mu leadři šli vpravo.
Kdyby  se držel pravé bariéry, Buddyho psi by se tam nejspíš nenacpali a předjížděli by zleva.
Druhá Lukeho chyba - mohl výrazněji snížit rychlost při předjíždění a více se snažit vytáhnout tým doleva.
No a Buddy mohl požadovat stop trail (není nic takového slyšet) ... a hlavně  to měl psychicky ustát...
Je lepší víc komunikovat a situaci k předjetí si lépe připravit, než pak řešit protesty.

zajimavy je pocet psu... jeden by si rekl, ze na co streeper potrebuje 20 psu, na to egilovi staci 15 :-)

já to v tom rachotu neslyším (možná to tam je). Pokud by Luke nedal přednost (nezastavil, když byl vyzván), zasloužil by aspoň napomenutí - pokud by si Buddy stěžoval.

Pokud to bylo míň jak 800 m do cíle, tak neměl Buddy právo přednosti .. píšou na poslední míli, tak to možná bylo ještě mimo zónu se zrušeným právem přednosti (?).

Hela má pravdu v tom, že to měl psychicky ustát  :( doufám, že si z toho vezme ponaučení pro příště.. Ale je fakt, že mu šlo opravdu o hodně. Snažila jsem se dohledat vzálenost do cíle, ale nepodařilo se..

Dovysvětvětlení jsem poskytla proto, že se nejprve všude /i tady v Kanadě/ první objevilo video a hned ho všichni odsoudili a nečekali na víc. Převážně to byli lidé co do toho sportu nevidí a tudíž neviděli Lukovi chyby..

K počtu psů: Ve výkonu dvaceti a patnácti psů není až takový rozdíl. Jde o to, že v případě zranění psa, Ti stále zbývá počet psů srovnatelný s ostatními závodníky..

Jsem momentálně v Kanadě, pracuji pro Streeper kennels, takže mám kompletní informace ze zainteresovaného zdroje a okolí..
